If you change or cancel a session within 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged by the amount of one hour session fee; otherwise, you will not be charged. If you missed the schedule session due to personal issues, you will be charged by the amount of one hour session fee. If the institution cancels the session, you will not be charged any fee. The institution will also try to reschedule the class at a convenient time for both parties. Please note that 1-on-1 coaching sessions are only valid within your service period. If you fail to complete the coaching sessions within the service period due to personal reasons, the coaching sessions will automatically expire.
