Once you purchased our product, You will receive an activation email with instructions on how to activate your account. After logging into SA, you can check your resume submission details, download refined resume, and schedule 1-on-1 coaching session on SA.

  • How do I download the refined resume?

  • What if I am not satisfied with the optimized resume?

    Please contact our customer service if you are not satisfied with the refined resume. We will work with you to address your concerns and make the necessary adjustments.

  • How do I attend the 1-on-1 coaching session?

    We will send you a link through email, and you will need to log in to your SA platform account to attend the class. (https://superacademy-web.mentorx.org/)

  • What should I know about 1-on-1 coaching session reschedule and cancellation?

    If you change or cancel a session within 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged by the amount of one hour session fee; otherwise, you will not be charged. If you missed the schedule session due to personal issues, you will be charged by the amount of one hour session fee. If the institution cancels the session, you will not be charged any fee. The institution will also try to reschedule the class at a convenient time for both parties. Please note that 1-on-1 coaching sessions are only valid within your service period. If you fail to complete the coaching sessions within the service period due to personal reasons, the coaching sessions will automatically expire.

  • Can I get refund after purchasing the product?
